Typographical errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price.
Pricing Despite our best efforts there may be errors in pricing within our online store. In the event that a price is higher we will be obliged to cancel the whole order.
Currency Fluctuations Despite our best efforts we are exposed to currency fluctuations. All our prices are displayed in US Dollars, but are charged in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). As a result, we are subject to currency movements from the date of a customer's orders to the date a customer's card is charged. The rate used to calculate the total cost of an order is derived from www.xe.com (to 3 decimal places) and is taken on the day the customer's card is charged. From the www.xe.com rate (the mid-rate), the rate used to calculate the GBP amount charged, is adjusted by +/- 0.15c accordingly. Delivery You must make sure you are available to take delivery or the carriers will charge an additional delivery charge for re-delivery which we will debit from your card. Please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address to avoid the extra charge for re-delivery. Handling Complaints All complaints should be sent by email to enquiries@fireworksarcade.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a two week period. The consumer will be informed throughout the process.
Statutory Rights Nothing contained within our Terms and Conditions in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
